Once you have wound yourself along the scenic beachfront walkway that leads along 4th Beach directly to the bungalow, you enter into an invitingly bright open plan living area. Amazing sea & beach views greet you from every angle, and the sound of the ocean is never far away as you explore this fabulous property further.

Designed over three levels – there’s space for everyone – an intimate master bedroom upstairs with views of the beach as you cocoon in your Egyptian cotton, extra length, king size bed or enjoy a hot bath in the free standing bath. A further two bedrooms have their own bathrooms – one with a steam shower. An open plan kitchen, lounge with large bar area and 10 seater table to enjoy meals. Or head down into the large media room and try out the retro Technics 1200 turntable – with a selection of 60’s-80’s vinyl, including Sugarman’s Cold Fact to get you in the mood. It’s also a great spot to catch the pool action as you lie under the infinity sky lights and look through the window into the pool.

The main split-level living area offers a comfortable and relaxing lounge adjoining to the dining area, with the modern and extremely well equipped kitchen one step higher. The lounge and dining areas open onto a covered deck with an ample sized swimming pool which can be heated. Catch glimpses of the beach just across the walkway as you dive into the inviting swimming pool.

The living area is spaciously designed with an amazing mix of shapes, textures and finishes with strong colours and striking Art pieces. The large sliding kitchen doors, windows and skylight all make this area light and airy and a delight for cooking and entertaining.

The downstairs entertainment level is down 2 flights of steps down from the main living area and provides a fantastic entertainment hideaway. The windows stream blue light into this room which boasts a large TV and sound system, a bar area, bean bags and a large daybed, making it the perfect chill out spot.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are at the back of the bungalow on the ground level, whilst the simply sublime master bedroom is upstairs. This extremely beautiful and stylish bedroom is a very relaxing, calming haven from which to watch and listen to the waves rolling in.
